This system package includes the SLD laser detector for expanded utility in exterior applications, as well as both a pouch and a hard-shell carrying case to help protect the tool from the rough realities of construction work. It's also available in a tool-only package (without the SLD).

This laser line tool measures 2 x 2-1/2 x 4-3/8 inches and weights just 1 pound, so it practically fits in the palm of your hand. The PLS4 is powered by three standard AA-sized batteries (included), and it can run over 25 hours between battery changes when using one beam (12.5 hours when using both beams). All PLS tools are designed and manufactured to meet strict quality control guidelines, and the PLS4 is backed by a three-year limited warranty.

And industry-leading brightness makes sure that these lines are easy to see.

The hybrid PLS4 has a cross line accuracy of ±1/8-inch at 30 feet with a 100-foot visible range indoors (depending on lighting conditions). Plumb point-to-point accuracy is ±1/4-Inch at 100 feet.

Three-Year Limited Warranty

PLS has upgraded its warranty from a single year to a three-year limited warranty. During this warranty period, your PLS product will be repaired or replaced (with the same or similar model at our option), without charge for either parts or labor, through PLS.
